FG Location: To see turn-by-turn directions, search nearby locations, and get traffic updates, allow Maps to find your location.

BG Location: Maps needs your location to give you directions, real-time traffic & transit updates, and results to nearby places.

FG/BG Location: To get real-time traffic updates and personalized recommendations, choose Always Allow.

Contacts: Maps can show addresses from your phone contacts in search results.

Bluetooth: Maps uses Bluetooth to improve location accuracy in tunnels and to provide navigation on fitness trackers and watches.

Photo Library: Google Maps can add photos from your library to places you choose on the map. No photos will be uploaded without your permission.

Photo Add: Google Maps can save photos to your library.

Apple Music: Google maps needs access to your music library to show what's currently playing.

Calendar: Maps can add your trips to Calendar.
