BG Location: Allow SAP Concur to use (1) your location and motion to auto capture mileage and (2) use your location while you use the app when you search for hotels near you, calculate distances for mileage.\nYou can adjust or withdraw these permissions in Location Access in the app menu. FG/BG Location: Allow SAP Concur to use your location and motion to auto capture mileage. You can withdraw this permissions at any time in the app menu under Settings → Location Access. Contacts: We will use your contacts to help add attendees to your expenses.

Bluetooth: We will use bluetooth to capture your trips only with a specific vehicle during your scheduled hours if Bluetooth in Drive settings is turned on, and your device is connected to your vehicle.

Photo Library: We allow you to select and upload photos of receipts for your expenses. Concur will only upload the photos you choose.

Calendar: We will use your calendar to access your meetings so you can more easily add attendees to expenses.

Motion: We will use motion detection to better determine that mileage is tracked while your vehicle is moving. Concur does not store any of your motion data.

Microphone: We will use your microphone when you use voice search.

Camera: We will use your camera to take pictures of receipts for your expenses.

Face ID: We will use Face ID to sign in to the application.
